Organic peeled crushed tomatoes (course ground) in puree with no added salt is prepared from organically grown vine ripened round tomatoes that have been washed, hand sorted fro quality, steam peeled then crushed. A rich topping puree made from the same organically grown vine ripened tomatoes is added to complete the product.
